3. The weight of each pack you need.

A2:1. Sign the Contract.
2. Arrange a 50% deposit for our factory.
3. Factory arrange the production.
4. Testing & detecting the machine before shipping
5. Inspected by customer or third agency through online or site test.
6. Arrange the balance payment before shipment.

A3: Before delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the machine quality. Besides, we would like supply 2 years warranty of our pyramid tea bag packing machine, A life-ling time of technical support to the machine.

A4: We will wrap transparent film to prevent moisture, then pack with exported wooden cases.

A5: Yes. Please inform us of your final destination, we will check with our shipping agent to quote the shipping cost for your reference before delivery.

A6: Yes, We would like to supply free technical training and installation for packaging machinery. The customer just needs to pay for all the cost of air tickets and local accommodations.
