2. Testing the packing machines with customers’ packing product amd film materials.
3. Show testing video and packing samples to customers.
4. Waiting for customers’ feedback, making PI for you.
After-sales service:
1. We will offer manual book together with packing machines.
2. Videos of installation,adjusting,setting,maintenance are available for you.
3. Tel communications, face to face online communications are available.
4. The engineer overseas services are available. But customers should pay for the air tickets ,room & board.
5. Our packing machines will have one year warranty. During warranty period, about the spare parts, without human-being broken, we can replace a new one for you. The warranty will start from the machine send out from factory.
